The GL865A has a built-in MJPEG engine and hardware ISP to process RAW data from CMOS sensor to provide high resolution and high frame rate of video stream. Alternatively, Genesys Logic provides proprietary drivers for GL865A to enable users for better image performance and special function requirement. It works with Microsoft native inbox Windows driver which is bundled with all WinXP SP3, Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8. The GL865A is compliant with USB Video Class 1.1. GL865A also supports bulk mode to confirm the reliability of transferred data.
